Acceptance of Terms

By inviting Natsumi to your Discord server or using any of our services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including server owners, administrators, and members who interact with Natsumi.

Service Description

Natsumi is a Discord bot that provides various features including but not limited to:

• Server moderation tools (warnings, mutes, kicks, bans)
• Economy and virtual currency system
• Critter companion collection and care
• Leveling and experience system
• Ticket support system
• Fun commands and social interactions
• Utility commands and server management
• Event logging and moderation logs
• Web dashboard for server configuration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

To use Natsumi, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to a server (if adding Natsumi)

User Conduct

When using Natsumi, you agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other users and maintain a positive community environment
• Not attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bot features
• Report any bugs or vulnerabilities responsibly
• Use moderation features responsibly and fairly
• Not use the bot for any illegal or harmful purposes

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Bot Abuse

• Attempting to crash, overload, or disrupt the bot's functionality
• Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantages
• Automated abuse or spam of bot commands
• Attempting to access data you are not authorized to view
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

Harmful Content

• Using the bot to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful content
• Creating or sharing illegal content
• Impersonating the bot, its developers, or other users

Economic Abuse

• Real-money trading of virtual currencies or critters
• Account selling or sharing for economic benefits
• Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages

Moderation Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Blacklist users or servers that violate these Terms
• Remove or reset data for users who abuse the Service
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Take action against users engaging in harmful behavior
• Cooperate with Discord and law enforcement when required

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how Natsumi's moderation features are used within their servers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Natsumi, including but not limited to the bot's code, design, graphics, and documentation, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any defects or errors will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any information obtained through the Service will be accurate

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from your use of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Actions taken by other users
• Any other matters relating to the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the past twelve months.

Termination

You may stop using Natsumi at any time by removing the bot from your server.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or the Service
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may notify users of significant changes through our Discord support server or bot announcements.
